Membentuk semula persekitaran kerja kami dengan ketara semasa kami beralih ke persediaan kerja jauh dan hibrid Syarikat sedang giat mencari kaedah untuk mewujudkan ruang kerja yang menggalakkan komunikasi dan kecekapan kerja berpasukan dalam landskap kerja dinamik hari ini. <\/p>\n<p>Salah satu topik, dalam bidang tempat kerja digital ialah penyepaduan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan alatan automasi yang mengubah cara pekerja menjalankan tugas mereka dengan memudahkan proses dan mengurangkan beban kerja manual sambil meningkatkan kecekapan secara keseluruhan. Sebagai contoh, chatbot dipacu AI mampu mengurus pertanyaan, daripada pekerja yang membolehkan pakar HR dan IT untuk menumpukan masa kepada tanggungjawab strategik. <\/p>\n<p>Keselamatan siber menjadi kebimbangan, dalam persekitaran kerja hari ini disebabkan peningkatan dalam ancaman siber dan pelanggaran data yang lebih kerap dialami syarikat pada masa kini.
